We have been learning about nouns (naming words) and verbs (doing words).  We wrote poems thinking about getting our nouns to do something.  Can you spot the nouns and verbs.

Butterfly
Butterflies coming out in summer.
Antennae feeling the air.
Proboscis uncurling to suck the nectar.
The butterfly tastes the flower.
